2024 WOMEN'S 
CONFERENCE

Women of Calvary, grab your roommate for the 2024 Conference to be held in historic Charleston, SC. The dates are November 8-10th and the cost are as follows:

For triple $497

For Quad $449

Oceanfront hotel rooms, transportation/excursions and some meals are included. Registration must be completed by March 3rd and final payment for the retreat is October 15th.

It's a first registered, first seated, but please understand that when you select the bus option you are committing to paying the fee connected with it. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT. However, you can transfer your registration to another person, working the financial details out between the two of you.

Tentative Itinerary: 

Friday, November 8th:  Leave Calvary, around 10 am, stop for lunch (on your own) and arrive at hotel. Get settled, then dinner and our first session.  

Saturday, November 9th: Have breakfast, 2-3 sessions, followed by free time for the reminder of the day. 

Sunday, November 10th: Have breakfast, worship at Mother Emanuel AME Church, followed by dinner (on your own) and return home.
